The greenest smoothie
It doesn't get much greener than this! This recipe is from Sarah Teki, founder of 'Fit squad federation' New Zealand
Ingredients: 1 Frozen or chilled banana 1/2 cup almond milk 1/2 coconut water Desired size sprig of parsley Desired size sprig of mint 1/4 cup spinach 1 slice of pineapple 1/2 tsp of spirulina powder 1 scoop of your favourite vegan green powder Optional - 1 scoop of multi vitamin powder for extra healthy goodness!
Method: Add all ingredients to blender, vitamix or nutribullet and blend until mixed and smooth consistency is reached.
Serve chilled with mint garnish for finishing touch.
