Raw vanilla cashew cream
Ingredients: 2 cups raw cashews 3/4 cup purified water 1 1sp vanilla extract 2 Tbsp Raw agave syrup A pinch of celtic salt (can also use pink himalayan or sea salt)
Method: Soak cashews in water for 2 - 3 hours. Once completed, rinse (optional) and strain. Using only half of the water, combine all remaining ingredients using a high qualtity blender, bar mix or vitamix. Slowly add remaining water until desired consistancy is reached. I prefer it a little bit more thick while some like it runny :) Refrigerate and store in an air tight jar.
