1 cup of Almond or Hazelnut milk
1 Frozen Banana roughly chopped
1-2 Table spoons Coconut oil
1-2 Tablespoon Raw agave
1 Teaspoon of Coconut palm sugar
(optional for extra sweetness)
½ Tablespoon ground cinnamon
½ Scoop of Dairy free vanilla vegan protein powder (optional)
1 Tablespoon Mixed seeds including Chia seeds.
Place all ingredients in the blender,
Blend until smooth & serve in a tall glass.
