Chocolate Chia Pudding!
Ingredients: Chia seeds (in a measuring cup fill to 80ml) 1 cup of Almond milk (or water if on raw meal plan) 2 piled tsp raw cacao 1 tbsp raw dark agave 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Air tight jar (I collect old glass coconut oil jars, etc)
Method: Measure chia seeds and set aside in a dry bowl. Put remaining ingredients into glass jar. Close with lid and mix ingredients by gently shaking. Do not do this step too viciously as too many air bubbles will make it hard to add the chia seeds. Once milk, cacao, agave & vanilla extract are reasonably smooth, add chia seeds and again close the jar with lid and mix by gently shaking. You will want to do this a few times over the next 5-10 minutes to avoid getting any "clumpy bits". Set asied to allow seeds to swell for at least 30 minutes but for best results, leave it in the fridge over night. I know, its tempting... ;) For a delisious chia pudding treat, serve with a dollop of vanilla cashew cream and sliced strawberries #sogood. Drizzle with a little bit of maple syrup! YUM
