When was the last time you actually did something nice for someone else?
We spend so much time wallowing in our own self pity. Maybe if we did more for others we might stop thinking about our own drama for long enough to feel good!
We humans tend to get stuck on a loop which means we're pretty skilled at getting on and off the emotional roller coaster ride. Part of getting out of an emotional rut is first declaring that you're in one. So I challenge you to have a true look and get real with yourself. Then, think of something you're good at and use it to go and make a difference to someone else!
